This is a new house I built yesterday.

It is (my attempt at) a 'modern' style house, on a medium lot. It has a huge master bedroom with it's own bath and walk in closets, a nursery + 2 childrens bedrooms (max capacity 4 kids), 3 full baths (counting the one in the master suite), greenhouse, indoor pool and balcony.

I used AnyGame starter, with no NO CC, althought for some reason when I uploaded to the Exchange, the exchange thinks it has parts of a sim in it. There's nothing in the Downloads folder for that AnyGame session, so I don't know what that is about. When I check it in CleanInstaller all I see is the lotsegment.

This is just to keep track of Trevor Katie's LTW of Woo Hoo ing with 20 Different Sims. He's a Romance sim, and I want him to marry one of his 3-bolters after graduation, so he's trying to get them all before he finishes college.

Also to be noted -- I have recently installed GunMod's Radiance Light System and most of the pictures in this update were taken using it. It is supposed to make things more true to life and (I think) give realistic ambiance. I'm not sure if I like it because the night time pictures are dark.

However... the view of True' evil snowman at sunset was truely terrifying in it's beauty. Do they balance each other out enough for me to keep it installed? I don't know just yet. Let me know what you think of the pictures, though, okay?

ETA: both parents have elf ear, so all the kids do, too. Trevor & True's ears are slight biggish, while True has very delicate points to hers. (I so need to get pics of them.)

Okay, so... I really did not think picking an heir would be this hard. I thought (when the twins were little) it would be True... then I started thinking Tabitha... and then Trevor transitioned into such a hottie... Romance hottie, but a hottie all the same! Who can decide?
